software technology to one or more facet
of an organisation's business operations
that is the unifying theme.
The diversity of members accommodated
within ShannonSoft
is one of its key strengths. ShannonSoft
is neither a professional organisation
nor a trade association. As a largely
informal club, it seeks to collaborate
with such entities without duplicating
their activities.
Organisations within the Shannon region
which develop or apply software
technologies, or which support
organisations that do, are invited to
join the ShannonSoft inititiative.
Members share experiences and
practices, develop initiatives, lend
their support to specific proposals, and
reap the benefits of participating in a
business network for a software region.
